1:1 Breathwork Sessions

Private sessions allow for a deeper, more intimate experience. We will work deeply with your nervous system and your mind-body connection, using various breathwork and somatic techniques to release tension and past trauma from your system, and to open and expand your physical, emotional and energetic body. 

I will also provide you with daily tools to support you with regulating your nervous system and releasing any emotional blocks. These simple, yet powerful tools will start to transform your life!

INVESTMENT:
Initial Session: $222 (90 Minutes)
Follow Up Sessions: $165 (60-90 Minutes)

Group Breathwork Sessions

Group sessions are a powerful way to release tension and stress in community, allowing us to heal, process and release in a safe space. This ultimately supports in deactivating the flight-or-fight response and accelerates healing processes. 

The main technique we use in these sessions is 'conscious connected breathing', which will guide you into a safe, non-ordinary state of consciousness to allow unhealed trauma and suppressed emotions to surface and be healed and also to connect you to your own inner wisdom.  You'll be looked after in a very nurturing + healing space ✨

90 Min Breathwork Session:
$444 (up to 4 people, plus $88 for each additional person) + travel costs
